SBIC's 2007 Beyond Green
SBIC is proud to announce the 2007 Beyond Green High Performance Building Award Winners. This unique program recognizes the initiatives that shape, inform and catalyze the high-performance building market, as well as the real-world application of high performance design and construction practices. Award winners will be invited to present their projects at the National Building Museum in Washington D.C. The program was held on January 16, 2008 in conjunction with a U.S. Department of Energy sponsored lecture series.  Full Award Ceremony Details (PDF)

Ecobuild Fall

SBIC member Ecobuild America has announced plans for its annual DC conference, this year called Ecobuild Fall. SBIC will once again host a booth at the exhibit hall and present a Whole Building Design Guide Workshop. SBIC’s Executive Director, Helen English, will participate in a panel discussion on the High Performance Building Committee during the conference. Dates for this year’s event are Dec 10-13.
